Arena Update

Our first minigame came to an end with the start of Winter break! Congratulations to the seven Houses that were able to open Pandora's Box. My goal for the minigame was to challenge you to apply the principles of logic and reason, while encouraging you to think outside of the box. That is not a pun. I am not Mr. Hallman. I hope that you all had fun with the minigame. If you wouldn't mind, please click here to let me know your experience with Pandora's Box. I am always seeking to improve and your feedback will help. As with all Number Games details, if you would kindly not discuss the game with anyone who could end up playing in the future, I would consider it a great personal favor!

Test 5 is in the books! There were some extremely high scores on the test, which consisted entirely of proofs. Congratulations to BDC'sfavoritestudent! of Peeta Bread, blockofCheese of the Best in the World, and Brown Rice of the Mixed Rice for earning Flawless Victories on the test! Those players basically turned in a Test 5 answer key. Every proof was perfect, including those that were extra credit. Outstanding job! Of those who missed the Flawless Victory, there were many, many other extremely high scores on the test. Congratulations to you as well.

In other news, another Pandora item was used today!

The Threefold Test item has been used! This item allows a House to earn 3 times their usual XP on the test of their choice. It can be recharged for reuse for 100 AP.

Breaking news: as I write this message to you, another Pandora item has been used!

The Revenge of the Underdog Pandora item allows its owner to vampire 300 XP from every House that is ahead of them in the Number Games standings. Brick walls do not protect Houses from Pandora items, only from vampire/avenger perk attacks and trolls. As I have mentioned multiple times, the Pandora items can be game changers. Hopefully, you were able to get one! Your Pandora item is displayed at the bottom of your home base. Be sure to refresh the page.
